Turquoise Tides, 2026

I primarily work with acrylic on canvas. My pieces are contemporary, bold, and distinctive. I find inspiration in, and convey my own interpretations of, Australia’s unique native flora and fauna, along with its striking landscapes and geological features. Each artwork pays tribute to my First Nations heritage.

Pokolbin based artist, Kachina Abel Davidson is a proud Yorta Yorta and Wiradjuri woman. She is a 3rd generation artist, following in the footsteps of both her Mother and Grandfather.

Kachina has had work exhibited in Newcastle Museum, NSW and Australia House, the Australian High Commission in London. Her ‘Love Series’ was featured in Art Edit Magazine.

Collected Internationally, her works can be found in England, Ireland, USA, New Zealand, India and Australia.
