Let Them Eat Cane was a playful experiment With material that turned into a great love along the way, simplicity of enjoying and surrendering to the process all the while being far from simple. I experimented with many techniques resulting in burnt polymer, to an abundance of spilt paint.
OMERÓ came to life after the birth of my son during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic – an incredibly isolating time, not only due to lockdowns but as any mother knows, the isolation of becoming a new mum, accepting your forever role and losing touch with your old self.
