My paintings are a “visual diary” of my daily observations. I record images, objects, and settings that present themselves spontaneously. My hope is that the viewer will see the ordinary with a renewed sense of joy and curiosity. Although the nature of my paintings tends to be quiet and contemplative, I feel the expressiveness of the paint gives the subject matter an energy and vitality.
